Lon spends most his time on sales and technology training for his team. He has been a landlord for over a decade and owns over 50 rental properties. Before founding Your Castle in 2004, he spent eight years as a strategy consultant with Deloitte Touche and Arthur Anderson. He received his undergraduate degree in business from University of Iowa and has an MBA from Vanderbilt.
Charles Roberts is a registered appraiser, registered loan officer and licensed Realtor. He has invested in Denver real estate for the past 18 years, completing several dozen fix up projects along the way, and currently owns and manages his own portfolio of properties. He teaches many of our classes and mentors new agents.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy oversees the day to day operations and staff, and focuses primarily on big picture projects. He helps new and experienced agents get oriented by answering questions on REcolorado, CTMe, Centralized Showing, DORA, but also can answer all non-contract related questions and explain many of the tools Shorewood provides.
Vice President – Employing Broker and Compliance
With 25+ years in real estate Vicky brings extensive knowledge and skills to Shorewood. Her main focus is to help the company stay compliant and she is a tremendous resource to team members when it comes to contracts and helping them better understand the industry and its constant changes. She has been a member of the Shorewood Family for many years and continues to be a valuable asset to the company as it continues to grow and prosper.
Managing Director Amber has been a licensed real estate agent in Colorado with a specialization in relocation for over 15 years. She currently leads the relocation and referral department and trains agents in handling out-of-state leads.

Deb Clem Fox
Deb serves as the Employing Broker for Shorewood Denver. She has over 30 years of residential real estate experience in the Denver market. She meets one on one with her team members to provide support in creating business plans and strategies to reach each individual’s goals. She can assist with contract questions and solutions to transaction issues. She enjoys working with newly licensed agents as a mentor and coach.
Stephanie manages all new agent on boarding questions and processes. She also coordinates agent’s file review and commission disbursement.
Tiffany is your go-to for your marketing needs. She develops marketing materials for agents such as campaigns, presentations, advertisements and much more. She educates new hires on the marketing team, coordinates our Premier marketing materials and creates the monthly newsletter.
Sean is part of the business development team and brings new and seasoned real estate agents to the team.
